As soon as I set it up and turned on....shortly after...I could already tell a difference in the air quality. These things are great. Let's see how it will hold up in 30-60-90 days. Sharp looking, easy to read buttons and the noise level is good on low...a little loud on high....but not bad.

I do like this feeder. However, the sponge ring does not rise and fall wit the level of the water as described. That said it still works well and is much better than the in-hive feeder l was using.

TLDR: The unit and filters are affordable and absolutely puts in work. I have 1 in an 800 square foot duplex and it covers a pretty big area across it. Works great for a sinus rinse! However, be warned that if you are using it as such, it only lasts a few uses. If it lasted longer I would give it 5 starts, but for $10 seems like a waste as I am already needing to order something else! I mean, if you are a lucky person whose sinuses soothe back to normal after only a few uses, it might be worth it. But I think most of us are NOT that lucky when it comes to sinuses.

The sponge ring is genius! Holds 6 cups of sugar water. Filled it 3 times for one hive already and not a single drowned bee. If you are comfortable with the capacity, it’s perfect. Does the job well and you get 2! Well worth it IMO.
